In your package, you will receive two healing sessions with two email check-ins following up on your progress. The chart provided lists the sessions and the timing in which they will occur.
Each session will be conducted via Zoom video call. Please plan and choose a location to protect your privacy. It’s important to:
- Choose a place where you are comfortable sharing information that may be considered vulnerable.
- Please plan for a time when you will not receive any interruptions.
- Make sure your cell phone can be silenced.

- First Session is typically 90–120 minutes via Zoom.
- You’ll get a check-in from Jennifer via email a day after your first session to track your progress. Then another check in a few days later.
- The second healing session will be via Zoom and scheduled for 1 to 2 weeks following your first session. Plan for 45 minutes. This session is scheduled directly with Jennifer or her team.
- Access to special mapping sessions ~ After your mapping sessions are complete you will have the opportunity to schedule any additional healing sessions at a later date (not included in the package price). These “one time” healing sessions are only available for previous healing clients.
- If you are a previous client and feel you’d like another “check in” session you can email Jennifer directly to get that scheduled.
